to get my turbo back exhaust done. I see the owner, I guess, looking at my engine and asks if it's an RB26, I just say no it's a RB25DET. He looks at my Greddy IM and asks how much I paid. I start to wonder why he's asking me questions. I look around and see a nice 280z with a FMIC. Anyway long story short the 280z has RB25 . He said he bought the extremely clean 280 of ebay from someone in Arizona. He made an adapter to move the turbo off the stock mounting position to the front of the engine bay. Very Nice set-up. The stock r33 X-member bolted up nicely and he made a transmission mount adpater. Very clean set-up.

Well the moral of the story is that who knows how many crazy RB swaps are out there. If the owner allows me, Pics will be up Saturday. Shop web url http://www.rjcustompiping.com/They do great work.

I am working on building a 280Z that I picked up recently, I would love to see that baby!

Once you get allset with your car, I would love to see what you've got. I am not that far away, maybe we could meet up half way or at a show or something.

I would also LOVE to see the work on that Z.

Hope you can get some pics up!!!

So how much did they want for the exhaust?? If they are just one of a few shops with a mandrel bender, it seems like it would be pretty expensive. Just trying to compare prices to aftermarket catbacks...
