you think .5 inch is going to make that much of a difference? get better tires if your looking for better traction

I've slid everything from a 9J to a 10J from 235 tires to a 255 tire.

And the PBM kit works on the Z32 as well. It just costs a little bit more.

how about the steering angle, how can i fix that? i dont understand what you mean when you say the max angles will work for the z32 but they'll cost more... wouldnt i just buy the same ones as the s13 and put them on how would they cost more?

i think yo mis understood what i was saying, i dont want to gain traction. what i meant was its hard to maintain a drift on wide wheels because its more ground contact in the rear for your tires so its harder to loose traction so i wanted to know how much the .5 would effect the ease of my drift. i know its going to make a difference i just want to know if its like go turbo difference or kick the clutch some more difference.

They cost more because the LCA modification and spindle modifications are different from the S13. Remember Zs have a different set up in the front than the S-chassis does. It's fabrication work that differs between the two, and hence the higher price. It's not just a bolt on affair.

Yup. A piece gets welded on to where the outer tie rod end connects and the LCAs get boxed up as well. The LCAs also have the bumps stops relocated to allow for more angle also.

I don't like making new thread with the same stuff, so I'll just update this thread with new pics.

I went to a JustDrift event at the Balcony May30th and had a blast! I was actually able to link the whole course. So awesome. Funny what a little bit of brake work can do. Anyways, on to new pics!

In the hot pits ready to go

E-brake initiation

Not sure if I spun out here, or kept it going. I'm pretty sure I spun though, lol.

My car in the background in the middle of transitioning

Going around the horseshoe. SO much squat, hahaha.

As I find more pics, I'll post them up.

It would be one of the worst things you could do to your car.

They are built shorter. The coils are tighter allowing it to be shorter. They aren't cut. Cut springs will make your ride so terrible. It's the wrong way to go about lowering your car. Kind of off topic though, no?
