tattoo while I'm out here. I really thought the piercing was going to come 1st but time flies huh.

So i was thinking along the lines of this design on my left arm, about from my shouldeer blade to my elbow. No color. Just the dominatrix with the mean swing though, nothing else.

It's not a definite, but's its one of my favorite candidates.

I have 5 tattoos,

Godsmack sun on my left shoulder (didn't get it for godsmack - just like the sun), Pillar logo on my right shoulder (christian reference), blue phoenix on my right arm(same as above), tribal on my right wrist, my mom's name in pink on my right wrist

I also have my ears gauged to 10 right now.None of my ink is tacky, they were all tastefully done. But, yeah, I would definitely pick something else to get instead of the golf thing...

My frind drives a turbo civic and got the Honda logo crooked and in flames on his shoulder.....dumbass

Yeah, Im a tattoo guy too, cant say I regret any of mine... I got two roman numeral 10s on my back with Aztec warriors fighting between them, kinda At the Drive In style as political/religious metaphor, and it hurt like piss man. Especiallly coloring... then again, it IS over the top part of my back and on shoulder blades... the Mary Star of the Sea on my side hurt alot too... but the nautical star on my lower stomach didnt... I really would advise against getting it on the back or side if its your first.

S13Guy, if you dig that tat go for it. Sure, you might regret it when your 60, but who cares? Like most of us, you've probably done a lot of crap you already regret, but that's how life goes. Don't look to other people for guidance; it's not like anyone really has an inside edge on human life, much less YOURS.

Carpe diem; you're probably in your early twenties, living on the other side of the world, surrounded by chicks with somehow hot accents. LOL. You have your whole life to regret your experiences, so why not LIVE OUT a few now?

Note: I'm not much for tattoos. The only one I have planned is a one-off that reads "Proud to be Italian, Lucky to be Irish." Like sileighty_stev0n's ink, the tattoo has meaning and purpose, and in my case, that meaning and purpose is derived from my heritage.

But I am for doing what you want. And if you want that tattoo, or any tattoo for that matter, my only advice is that you sleep on it, ask yourself if it's something YOU want, and figure out why. Then, be proud of your decision no matter what other people say. I you regret it, fine. You can tell your grandkids all about it. But be sure to include where you were, the people you knew and the fun you had. They'll love you for it.

If that is what you want to get, then get it. It took me a couple of years to decide on my tattoos, and I don't regret them a bit. I want to get some more, the next one I am getting, I have to wait for my buddy to get back from Afghanistan, then we are both getting one.

No, Im gonna say dont do what you want and be a conformist... get a tribal band or something like everybody else. Or even a "Remember 911" tattoo... thatd be cool... hah
