if you feel that it has gone bad. just go ahead and replace it. they do not cost much to replace.

try a replacement and see if it fixed your problem and well obviously if it didn't then just return it.

Looks worn out to me.

Replace it and the rotor.

Also consider replaceing the plugs and wires while you are at it (depending on how oold they are).

whats the rotor exactly? is that the part that spins around inside?

plugs and wires are already replaced!

Many people say only use nisan original parts.

We buy our replacments at AutoZone and have not had any problems.

looks like you got moisture in it, kinda hard to see by the piclook like corrosion on the pointstake some sandpaper to em, get that white stuff of and see it that helps
