So, I just bought a ca18 motor swap set....Motor rotation direction???

To put into my rx7!!! Anyway, wondering what direction the motor turns. I am trying to find a deal on a dry sump pump so I can fit the motor in and be able to leave the head accessible for service. As it stands with a wet sump and the stock pan, I would be looking at the motor sitting about 2.5 inches too high. With dry sump, it will perfectly fit on the stock mounting locations and all I have to do is extend my shifter hole about a half inch back. I can get second hand nascar dry sump pumps uber cheap, and I already have my lines, cooler, tank, and filter relocator. Just need a pump that will work on the motor. All these pumps I can get are for sb chevy blocks, i.e 350.

i know sum honda spin backwards.. but how many other motors do it?

Some Tyota engines spin anti-clockwise. The supra engine does at least...

But yeah, the CA18 spins clockwise.
