Put the pullers on but had to take the PS pump out . That damn pump sticks out just a lil too far (R32 one). So now I'm going to trade my friend for his 220 thats a pusher vs my pullers. I'm still going to get the A/C working (when I get time to doing it or drop it off at Mckinney). Will I have any problems with the Fans in from of the A/C condenser?

nooo dont do that. Just notch the upper core support a little bit, get some weather stripping to wrap the cut and tilt the radiator forward. thats what i did on mine and it works great. all pumps clear and nothing is in the way, although i dont have ac but i dont think that would be a big problem from the looks of it.

That is a good idea.

I have been thinking about moving my radiator, but I hadn't thought about just leaning it forward.

The how to put an RB25 into your S13 guide says to use pusher fans, puller fans work too?

puller fans are way more efficient. if you have a choice, use pullers.

and a shroud (does wonder for cooling)

with the stock radiator(before I installed the Koyo), I was using the Flex-a-lite 12 inch dual pullers, and they worked very well. I had to modify the shroud and remove the plates that stick out, but i was able to use them.

I wanted a better radiator, so I went with the Koyo, and was forced to go with pushers. Thinking about the space issues, I am pretty sure that if you could tilt it enough, you could probably use pullers (which are much better anyway)

I'm just too damn lazy and really dont want to hack up my car. I don't want to lose the A/C. I had to take the ruber foam off from around the fans to make them fit. My RB20 isn't too far back in the engine bay because I 1st did the swap with Tophat mounts then switched over to Mckinneys and didn't feel like pulling the motor out and banging the firewall to move it back more.

Well if the pushers don't work will infront of the A.C condenser I would have to take it out. My friend has pushers on his B13 SE-R and it runs cool but he took his condenser out.

i have my dual 12" as pushers and it's mount directly on the radiator. i didn't need AC so the condensor was removed. i don't remember the exact distance in between, but have you tried to sqeeze the fans in between the ac condesnor and the radiator?

so how much did you cut out? Half an inch wide? I want to use the FAL dual 12" pullers on my Rb26 s13

I left the KA in. I still have a RBone if I need it but I doubt it will be needed.
