But, but, but there were no 2002 Y34, only 2003-2004.

With black interior, I vote for silver with the tech package, unless you live in the great white north. If you don't, Hüper Optik Stark 30 looks and, more importantly, works great.

My favorite color was the red with the saddle interior. Rare, stunning, but black dash really didn't help the interior.

*title edited for appropriate year thanx!

Thanks for the Lead on the tint, I had no idea WTF that was untill i googled the line. I'll definatly look into that. Seems like the concept is a great tint film, that Rejects as much heat without having to spray paint your windows black.

=)

I have fixed all the titles (it said M35 too, not M45).

I voted for the Charcoal, although I have a Silver M45 myself (that was what on the lot!). I like darker colors but am not hung up about it per se.

As an aside, on second thought, I think that the best color in the 2003 and 2004 M45 was Garnet Fire. Too late to change my vote though.

That shade of deep red is simply awesome! I don't know how it would look with clear taillights, though.

I too like the charcoal color. Silver and Black are on the list (I sure miss my silver G50). BUT the most stunning color was the garnet red with black interior. The blue was rather nice, as well. Just about any color but white looked great on the 03/04 M45.

Those tail lights will look much better on a Silver car, though.

If you want thermal performance and ruggedness, there is no other choice. Both AZhitman and I have it on one of our cars.

Garnet fire is the color, but like I said, the black dash stuck out with the lighter interior. With the JDM lights, I would go silver as stock looks best with black and garnet fire, and probably charcoal.

Personally, I would be looking at the service history first, looking in particular for extended oil changes as a deal killer. Then I would look at color and options. Then I would have it inspected by a lead Infiniti tech and get a dealer extended warranty.

Ran into huge roadblock today.

The one I looked at at an infiniti dealer...was beat to sh**t.

Front bumper blatantly repainted, due to over spray on lazer cruise unit on lower bumper, along with passenger side yellow bumper light.

Rear bumper had about 20 slight indentations from lisnce plate screws.

Drivers seat had dime size glue remenance from leather seat repair in the middle of the perforated part.

The top dash had a huge rattle comming from the windshield defroster vents.

Rear bumper had been bumped into so many times, there was a 3mm gap between the bumper and passenger quarter panel. On drivers side, bumper had pushed into the taillight, causing the taillgiht to score the quarter panel paint.

El-cheap-o Kumo tires on rear, and michelins on the front.....

WHAT THE HELL.

argh.

Hey I saw your post here and was just wondering where you got those tail lights? I am interested in messing with my car but can never find any parts for it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Good move. Keep on looking.

Wonder what the Infiniti Dealer Performed Service History said on that one?

I voted Grey, but Silver rocks also.

I wanted one of those two colors but found a deal on a Black one that I couldn't pass up.
