Here's the deal folks....

Since so many of you guys (and gals) jumped on the last DEI Viper 791XV Group Deal (the transponder alarm).... (when my friend closed down his shop doors with his stereo company), I have further researched the venues we can take to get more good deals like this.....So let me pass this on to you (and this is to no profit in my pocket whatsoever, I am just trying to help the Nissan community out)....if we can get at least 10 people, the price would be $220 shipped. If we got 20, 210. If we got 30, 205 shipped? Who's down?

Alex

Plus, I am spreading this over four different forums so we should reach the 30 without a problem...I mean, I want to pay the lowest price possible myself, so I figure that whoever is in...is...ummm..in....

So Alex, what exactly does this alarm come with and what will we need to do with it when we get it? I'm assuming we will need to have it installed unless we feel up to that task (thats a hell no for me) but does it come with sensors, the remote etc?

You should have it installed professionally, and it comes with everything you need to install....If you want the remote start to work, newer Nissans/infities (with chips in keys) will need the 555u module, which will be $26 on top of the 205.

ThanksAlex

I thought it already had, but i'm not sure. I know I have paid and hope it will be here soon.

Installation is pretty expensive though. Probably $200 in labor.

Be glad. I have had zero contact from the user since I paid. I guess I am going to get hung out to dry this time.

Yeah I found that out. They said he was doing this on the side and that it wasn't their problem. Oh well I filed a complaint with paypal and he refunded my money stating that he did not reach the minimum of 30. Don't know just sucks when somebody just drops off the face of the planet.

Vitamin T, I didn't drop of the face of the planet, I decided to resign from SWA so I can enjoy my life after 6 and a half years in the car parts business.

As for the group deal, you jumped the gun and asked Paypal for a refund which is fine. However, you didn't give me a chance to even post an update.

As for the update, the new GD is on at Maxima.org here, so if you are still interested, here it is:http://forums.maxima.org/showthread.php?t=310127

Thanks Alex
