Car: Right now 1988 Mazda RX7... Soon to be 1995 Nissan 240sx SE (S15 front end)

Post

I currently own a '88 Mazda RX7 GXL, but that is going to change soon... hopefully.

I looked into and test drove this beautiful '95 240sx SE with a s15 front end conversion and a s14 blacktop sr20det with about 68,000 miles. It ran beautifully and without problems, well without any that my friend and I noticed. Here are a list of some of the mods:

-JDM exhaust manifold

-3inch down pipe

-Tein flex full suspension

-Blitz nur spec 3in exhaust

-Tanabe front strut bar

-Apexi neo AFC

-300zx front brake caliper & dics, with new brake pad used less than a month

-s15 JDM steering wheels

-Sparco torino II seats

-Aftermarket Front mount with full 3in pipping

-56in carbonfiber GT wing

-JDM tension rod

-Kouki JDM taillight

-Kouki JDM rear bumper

-OEM s14 16in rims

-Clifford pager car alarm

-alpine 4 ch amp

-8 speaker in the car include, 2 front tweeter,2 front and rear infinity 6 1/2 speaker, and 2 10 JL sub

-8000k HID

-short shifter

The only thing with this car is that it is for sale for $10,500 USD. I know that it is a bit over priced, but the only reason why I am considering it is because of the condition it is in. All of the parts that were put into this are only 8,000 miles old, minus the engine.

I was wondering if I should indeed go through with this and buy it, and whether or not there are other problems I should look for before I buy it.

Buying pre modded cars is a dangerous game. Who knows how well whomever did the mods did them. Doesn't sounds like a bad price if it's clean considering the mods.

Thats real cool, buying the car practically done and you didnt do the mods yourself. what is the point of buying the car already fast you didnt spend any time on it to make it that way. you might as well buy a V8 cumstain.

Buying a pre-modded car is like dating a hooker...you never know what you'll get.

It's a hit and miss think of it this way. The original owner didn't build up this car so he can go on slow sunday cruises. He built it for power and drives it to feel that power, hear the turbo spool, hear his tires screash as he drops the clutch for the perfect launch, and to feel the g's while he's drifting around the corner with rev limiter bouncing.....

You get my point lol

Thanks, I'll go do that. And the only reason why I'm buying a car that's built up a little bit is because I don't have the time to do it myself since I'm in college.
