If Bush or anyone in his Administration sharted in their pants it was national news for weeks. Thus far, Obama and his Administration has been doing pretty good at getting a pass with all the tax evasion issues and such of his nominees and all the other investigations into Dem Congress members have been relatively silent as compared to the witch hunts the last 8 years. Now it looks like Feinstein may have helped get budget money indirectly to her husbands company:

It's only 25 billion which is nothing compared to the trillions being thrown around. Probably should be ignored too.

Edit: I probably should have stated "left-wing Dems currently in control of the country" and not generalized.....

Typical ...

Both Feinstein and Boxer are on my "get them out of office list" - they misrepresent me in the Senate entirely. I am going to heartily support Fiorina in her run for the office (and try to campaign for her too). Arnie is a bit too scarred for the office ...

Boxer is running scared - there was an article in the paper today about how she is starting to try and get contributions.

It's funny but I just heard a Barney Frank interview where he was claiming that he and the Dems were simply trying to help the poor by increasing the number of rental properties but they were forced to press forth home ownership instead.

Barney Frank is so full of hot air. He belongs in politics, because his nonsense wouldn't fly anywhere else.

Kinda like Nancy Pelosi pushing for more Unions while not allowing her vineyard to be unionized? Similar to what Hollyweird tells us.

Carly likes to insert foot in mouth a little too often, methinks.

Who knows, she might be electable if she gets a REALLY good PR team/coach, but it wasn't the best move to say publicly that McCain couldn't run an F500 firm when he was running for President.

I mean, hell, it may be TRUE, I dunno, but that doesn't mean it was a good idea to say it.

And if they tried to push rental properties, they would probably try to enact rent control laws and 5, 10 years from now wonder why no one is building apartments anymore. If they want to increase rental units, have all the cities that have rent control laws repeal those laws because they do the exact opposite of what they're intended to do.

Obama also said the other day that a strong press needs to exist along with a government or some crap like that. Hmm, wonder why he said that. Maybe because the media loves him and doesn't report much of the bad stuff that happens to him. Plus, he's a democrat, the media is a prostitution ring with their niche clientele being democrats. Newspapers are looking into receiving TARP monies. I don't think the government can give the press any money as they would run into First Amendment issues.
