In the next couple of months, my parents are looking at upgrading and in the process of the upgrade, I'm going to be selling my current baby ('04 Sentra) and acquiring their 2000 Infiniti i30t. Now it is of course still in stock condition and has had nothing special done to it aside from being taken care of like a baby thanks to my pop. So i have a couple of questions, being a newbie to any kind of mod on a luxury sedan. I don't want to do anything stupid to it, I might still have the mindset of a kid a little bit, but the whole reason I want the car is for the aire of sophistication that goes along with it. My first and formemost question is the radio, is there anything available that I can purchase to install an aftermarket headunit b.c the one there is dying, and I would like to go with an indash Pioneer Navigation unit. My second question is the headlamps, I have seen on cardomain that people have cleared the turn signals and added halos, which I would like to to both, but I'm not too fond of the idea of sticking them in the oven to dissasemble them. So if anyone could get me started on these two subjects, I would be much appreciated!

To sum up everything in two easy to get to questions:

1. Aftermarket head unit installation? Is it possible? How to?

2. Clearing headlamps, adding halos? Can I purchase a set already done?

Thanks again!James

P.S.I've read through the FAQ and I've looked over the portion about the PAC Adapter, but I don't know if this is an actual mounting kit, or just wiring kit due to lack of pictures. So if anyone has any actual pictures of this it would be a great help. I Like to see what I'm expecting before I get into it.

1. If you have a stock Bose unit you will need the PAC adapter. If you are going to a single din unit, just get an after market adapter.

2. If you are talking about angle eyes, much of the info on retrofitting HIDs will apply.
