I had mine ground to 70/30 30/70 with increased lift (can't remember the figure off the top of my head but think it's abotu 11-12mm). Don't think they would work with stock pistons though.Leigh (Friday) has a milder set on his which are OK with stock pistons / HLA think they're about 250 degree with almost stock lift.Will have power figures when the engines are running but that might be a while.

Wes, they're not that mild - the duration figure looks close to stock, but it's quoted at 50thou lift, not face to face as I'd guess the nissan ones are.Not going to guess on power figures, we'll see what happens on they dyno!
