well last night I let my dad borrow the car to go get parts for his car and somehow the car refused to move. I rebuilt the auto transmission just about a month ago and all the transmission fluids were fine. Now the car starts up just fine but when I try to put it into any gear it doesn't move at all and if it does its slighty noticable. Also, whenever I start it up for the first minute or so the car makes this sound and I have no idea where it's coming from. Any help would be appreciated. thanks

sorry about that, well whenever I crank the car it starts but when I try to put it into drive or any gear, it does absolutely nothing. I had the hard body transmission rebuilt and everything and have no idea why this sympthom is happening again. so frustrating.....

yeah im pretty sure because it was driveable for about a couple of months but anyways i found the problem. the sounds i was hearing is the torque convertor cause it never got changed when the transmission rebuild was done and thats the reason for not getting any powers to the wheels so problem solved....thanks anyway
