I know this question probably comes up all the time, but I am new, and i looked around and couldn't find any posts answering this.

I am taking delivery tomorrow of my '07 G35 Sedan Sport 6MT (So excited i can't sleep) with premium and nav packages. Paying cash, i got the dealership out the door for 36, 190. The car is Black/Black with three miles on it.

This is the first car i have ever bought on my own, so I'm just trying to make sure I'm not getting ripped off. Also, is anyone aware of dealer/buyer incentives Infiniti is running right now?

I personally think you could of done much better, I would of waited until the price of the 07 models went down a lil more as soon as the 08 sedan models came out, but that sounds like a fair price tho. Congrats on the new G and welcome to Nico, any questions about your car, there is a couple hundred guys that could answer it if there willing to answer noob questions for the million and 3 time lol.. I was million and 2 haha.

I will warn you tho, if you get reading a lot of these threads like I was, the modding bug will bite you hard and make you wanna spend more on that bad boy lol..GOOD LUCK!

I would say you got a hell of a deal on this type of car....round where i live i paid about another 750 more than you did for out the door and people couldn't believe the price i got....but you do live in dallas where it's easier to get these kinds of cars cheap...

I woudln't ever buy a truck there lol

In Portland I almost bought the exact set-up in black...sport, nav, premium, 6MT and the window sticker was $35,200 and some change...now we usually try to pay as close to invoice as possible when we buy new...typically we wait until there are rebates...our MDX we got for $500 over invoice and any rebates are then deducted. My Titan I really think we bought good...$300 over invoice less $1500 rebate, which was far less than MSRP.

Anyway, I agree, you got a pretty decent deal...could you have saved a buck, probably, but you didn't get ripped off so I'd just enjoy the sweet feeling and listen to the wonderful sounds as you pick up the rpm's!

Great job...Now get the pics up and let's start some mods!

Personally I think if you paid cash that they would have been more willing to give you a better deal.

Sometimes, but not necessarily ... occasionally, a portion of the financing charges are kicked back to the Dealer by the financing company. Making the financed car a better overall deal (particularly over time) for the Dealer.

I don't know if this is true for Infiniti or Nissan dealers ... neither company has their own financing arm.
