My cars a 97 240sx with a s13 blacktop sr20det. At full throttle the car sputters and jerks at about 4500 rpm. But if I just casually press the gas peddle the car runs just fine. I took it out for a test drive today and noticed smoke rolling out the exhaust while it sputters....and when I got back I popped the hood and noticed oil was everywhere and that it came out of my dipstick(???) I've tryed a lot of things like clean the maf and search for boost leaks and they were all fine. I'm so lost. All I can think of is getting the car diagnosed and tune but I don't have the money for that at the moment...plz help. Thanks.

Sounds like a case of blow by causing the dip stick to pop out. I would first check compression. If that passes I would then.

Clean MAF with "MAF Clean" or try another
Check plugs and replace plugs and wires if needed.
Check for spark, maybe it's a weak ignitor.
Check fuel pressure
Replace fuel filter
Check throttle body for oil, perhaps your turbo has bad seals
Check the PCV / Catch can for proper install, leaks, crack, etc
