So Cal: meet/racing July 19th?

I got an idea!:thinker would you guys want to meet up and go racing afterwards? Im heading out to the California Speedway in Fontana on July 19. This is 1/4 mile drag racing at night time. I think it would be pretty cool to roll up there deep and show all those people what 240's are all about. I'll post more info if you guys are interested

Yeah right. There are like 20,000 cars there at night now. And most of them are fast, from what I've heard.

well if anyone does decide to head out there, the gates open at noon and they start to register the cars at 2pm. the racing will start at 4pm and end at 11pm. its $10 to go watch and another $10 to race. its off the 10 freeway exit cherry ave. go north till u see it the big signs:D thats about all the info i think is needed. any questions just post'em here:)

California Speedway is too far of a drive for me. Plus I'm not into drag racing anymore, since they cancelled the Street Legal events at Pomona. Also, if my car breaks, Fontana is way too far to have the car towed home. I'll have to pass on this one.

Oh yeah, because wisdom teeth is a crappier excuse than "my car is too slow" when I've already been to the track multiple times.

Here's my reason: CAUSE DRAG SUCKS. Plus, our cars were obviously not meant to be drag cars......duh.....
