SO CAL HELP ON GAUGE CLUSTER

hi, im new here & i was wondering if anyone lives in so cal around the perimeter of clairemont & national city that could help me fix my gauge cluster on my 93' 240sx coupe.

the other day it was working fine, then i took off the arm rest to see if the plug for the side view mirrors was unplugged & in fact it was. so i plugged it back in, & now my seatbelt dont retract back & forth, my rpm doesnt work, no lights work on my gauge cluster, etc. i dont exactly know what happened? maybe it shorted? but i wouldnt even know where to begin to start fixing it. so if anybody can help me out with that, id really appreciate it! i dont mind meeting up. thanks!

under the armrest is the computer that controls the automatic seatbelts, check it to make sure you didnt disconnect, altho i have no idea what effect it would have being unplugged other than the seatbelts not working. check your fuse boxes while your at it. its a start
