And now I cant source another rear glass for my s13coupe. Shops want 350$ to install a new one, but I definitely dont have that kind of cash laying around for glass, especially when you can buy a 240 for dang near 700$ now a days.

I was curious, whats a temp fix that you guys may consider to save money? Possibly lexan or plexi glass? Im just tired of throwing money at this car. Its been a gret car but becoming a money pit..

EVERY 240 is a money pit if you dont like it your better off selling it or locking it in a bunker deep under ground.

check the junkyards if ***holes havn't smashed them out you can probably get them for cheap.Also if you know hwo to do it yourself then it will be even cheaper

you cannot get a ticket with no rear glass...front glass yes..if your not using a protective eye glass of some type...but rear glass..no..thats just lunacy...what would all those jeep owners do?..they dont have glass in the rear..how bout anyone with a vert?..they gettin a ticket?..you could go to a junk yard and use that servival knife saw..you know..the wire with 2 rings..fish 1 wire throu and have a buddy on the inside to help you remove the glass by cutting throu the adhesive that holds the window in..might cast ya all fo 50 bucks for the glass..if it breaks..then no worries..its the junk yard anyways....good luck.

You failed to notice where locoluna825 is from: The Peoples Republic Of California.

They give you a ticket just for having a 240 (or other cars) juat because they need the money. Logic is never a factor to California cops.
