Does anyone have a pic, or know where I can find one, of a 9" wheel with a -70ish offset on an s13? It would be a lot of help for me :D

that would be rediculous, -70 is like 3 inches behind centerline, and probably retardely dangerous, not to mention how much stress your will be putting on your hubs, only 1 inch of wheel under the car??? where in the hell are you gonna find -70 9j wheels?

Seriously? -70? Did you add an extra zero?

very nice, but you WILL have much more stress on your hubs and suspension components, the weight of your car will be moved farther our, which to a certain point isnt bad, at that point( with 1 inch of wheel under the car) the weight will be inside the wheel centerline, causing MUCH more stress on your hubs

there is a reason cars are designed with the wheels width bulk, under the car, you dont see any racecars with crazy offset wheels, just extended width stance and light weight, im not bashing the idea, go for it, it would look crazy when properly fitted, i just think its more for a show car

I am fully aware of all of this information, but thank you for explaning :DYeah I agree it is definitely for more of a show car, but those things are baller as f***! hahahaha.

But... where are you guys getting the idea that there will only be 1" of wheel under the car? 70mm = ~3" so that's 3, maybe 4 inches of poke, which mean there is still ~5" under the car. Correct me if I'm wrong.

well, not under the car, but under the hub.... sorry for not being clear, a 9j wheel with a 0 offset will have 4.5 inches in side the hub face, so a 9j -69 will have 1-1.5 inches behind the hub face depending on barrel design

Interesting... I didn't realize it worked like that. You seem like you know your stuff with wheel tech info.

I wonder how often wheel bearings would need to be replaced with a setup like that.

Those wheels on an S13 would only give your car mexican hoopty status. And no widebody kit on the planet will stretch to meet the lip of those wheel.

In short, those wheels will never fit on an S13 without looking retarded. Pass!

Those look like reverse rims, meaning the center is flipped on the barrel. Since those are 17x9 right, your back space will be 2.24" or -70mm offset.

Either way, you can fit those wheels if you have a wide body kit...

Btw, a 9" wheel with 0 offset does not have 4.5" of back space. You aren't measuring correctly if you get 4.5" of back space. 8" wheels with a 0 offset have 4.5" of back space and 9" has 5" and so on...

I've fitted tons of 0 and - offset wheels on mustangs but it's pretty much the same with 240s...

Correct! The overall width of a wheel is one inch larger than its listed size. An 8" wheel is actually 9" from outside of outer lip to outside of inner lip.
