Snow Tires-Tires Period

Hey Everybody- I've Been Away For A Minute-Busy At Work-And Before I Go Into My Question Update On The My Q45 'Phoenix'. It Was The Waterpump So Thank You To Everyone Being Right On The Money. d!ck Smith Nissan Quoted Me About 480.00 But When I Got There I Cleared $323.00 (dunno why, didn't ask) But Thanks For Your Great Advice.

NOW! Its about that time to get tires. Charlotte Doesn't Get Great Inches Of Snow But The City Get's Ice Plus I Travel Up North Alot During This Season. Should I Get Snow Tires Or Is There Such A Thing? What are some good tires to get? Thanks For Your Help.

If you will have a combination of wet /dry roads at home, some ice, and sometrips with snow( I assume real snow, like 3-6"), then get 4 good H rated snow tires. The lower Q rated (Blizzaks) are for the reverse-snow with dry.You will have good high speed performance and good snow traction, without too much noise. The Michelin Alpin and Pirelli 210 are great tires. They are not cheap.
