Seems like winter is coming early to Pennsylvania this year, so I need to start looking for snow tires for my 2009 1.8S sedan as I live in the snow belt just south of Lake Erie. Has anyone ever bought snow tires from Tire Rack, and if so, what has your experience been. Any problems with the TPMS? Any suggestions? I would normally go to Sam's Club, but they only have one snow tire available in my size (185-65R-15) and it's over $100US with mounting.

ALL help will be appreciated!

ALL suggestions will be appreciated as well!

I bought a set of Michelin X Ice-2 studless ice and snow tires from Tire Rack last year and the total for all 4 shiped not mounted was $373.94 plus $100.00 for mounting the tires at a local shop and $100 to reset the tpms light at the dealer after I have two sets of rims one for winter and one for summer.

Tire Rack is a great business to buy tires from!

I bought Hankook winter tires, and Sacchi alloy rims to go with it. Tires $79.99 and Rims $89.99

I actually just put them on last week. Here is a pic of my winter tires and rims

And I can't really help with the TMPS. Don't have that option here on our Canadian Versa's.

I'm not going to reset my TPMS, costs too much. I'll just deal with the light until I get my summer rims back on and they will go off themselves since it has the stock TPMS.

LOL, no

I just liked the way the sun was hitting the top of the car, and showing all its rays reflecting off the car. I wanted it to look different.

I figured your driveway sloped down so much.

Tirerack is great, cheap prices and shipping in the US is reasonable.

It actually does slope down quite a bit.

Those look like iPikes. Same tires I run on my Q45 in the winter. I've been very impressed with them...excellent tire for the price.
