Snow Tire Question?

Car: 2007 Infiniti G35S

I have a set of snow tires....Bridgestone Blizzak LM-25s....225/50/18 for the front and 245/45/18 for the rear mounted on Voxx Monza 18X7.5. Will these fit on a G37? I currently have them mounted on my 07 G35S, but am looking to possibly purchase a G37. What do you think?
