Hi, this is my first time getting snow tires. Do snow tires feel more bumpy and make the car shake when driving high speeds on dry pavement?

I purchased the 205/55R-16 Michelin X-Ice Guard Xi-2 winter tires from tirerack. I had them installed at Town Fair Tire; The tires were mounted on my stock 16" alloy wheels, balanced, and the alignment was also done. However, I noticed that when I drive above 65 miles per hour on the highway on dry pavement, the car seems to shake and ride feels bumpy. Speed rating is 91T so I thought that they should be able to handle speeds above 65? Do you feel the installer may not have balanced/aligned the tire/wheels properly?
