I searched through all the old threads discussing emissions in washington. I found a lot of information regarding emissions in king, skagit and other counties. But I was unable to find anything about what the exceptabl levels of HC, all that stuff are in snohomish county washington. I know I should/could spend more time researching it on and stuff, but I need to start writting an essay. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

The standards are the same in all emissions controlled counties.

My car is registered in Skagit county and there is no emissions checking. Just go and buy your tabs and your straight.
