So I juts started hearing some major clinging/rattling noise coming from my left front side. Turns out, the spring snapped :frown:... So u guys know if it's covered under warranty? I've had it for a little less than two years now. Is it safe to drive until I get it replace?

OR I just go with BC coils lol... But I really don't have the money now... sighz

On a side note, has anyone done camber/toe adjustments after an eibach drop? Is it even necessary? & How about a BC coil drop? Obviously an alignment is needed either way right?

Thanks for the input as always guys ;)

Id contact Eibach see if you can get a replacement... Might not be that expensive... Def not $1100 like you would be looking at if you got BC and aligned

This happened to me also (see my avatar). Call eibach and tell them thats how you found it. They will send you replacement springs. They sent me two replacement front springs.

Things they will want to know:
Where you got the springs from, and show a reciept if you can
What the lot number is on the springs (its printed on the actual spring)
A picture of the spring removed and showing the broken sections.

It took less than a week to get new springs sent to me. I installed them myself so it didnt cost anything for installation either, but you might want to try to get them to send you compensation for installation if you need someone else to do it for you. Don't know if you'll be successful with that though.

As for the alignment stuff: any time you mess with your suspension parts you should be thinking about getting an alignment. Personally I don't have camber plates but haven't had a problem so far with tires being eaten up.
