I bought this S14 about 5 month ago, and it seems every single screw on this car was coated with locktite, or something else happened. I was originally changing ball joints (witch by the way are quite the biznach to take off). So I snapped 3 of 4 of my front caliper bots. The snapped one on the right side came off after heating it, and banging on it for 3 days. The other side, one came off from the heat of the grinder (+ 4 days of hammering) when I got a new brace and cut the other one, and the last one is not drillable, I bent, melted, broke like 15 drill tips. (+ the 9 wrenches and sockets I broke earlier changing oil [not cheap ones]). The last peace of the screw is stick in the spindle and its not coming out. Help my prove its gay. (not that I have anything against that)

GOT ANY TRICKS FOR TAKING OFF SNAPPED SCREWS ?? ( I tried the backwards drill already )

Sears has a couple of broken bolt removal kits. Soak the bolts with a lot of PB Blaster before you attempt removal.

Was this car ever flooded? if the bolts got rusted that would explain the problems with all the bolts.

I don't intend to be a smart *** but you are turning them the correct direction arn't you? Righty tighty, Lefty loosey when you look at the head of the bolt. (Sounds silly but it works)

The car might have been flooded, because I found a lot of dryed up mudd when I cut one of the headlight cables. The carfax record is clean, other than that the car works like magic.

By the way, I'm no master mechanic, but my brain can process simple logical tasks. (but I know people who cant)

The guy I bought it from wont answer my calls, or e-mails. At least I know why he insisted on me seeing the carfax report. (it was clean). I did get it pretty cheap, the frame and body are rustless and in good condition though. Engine working fine. I just have to replace a shizne lot of bolts. So If you got any other tricks to rusted in bolts post, i'll try em tommorow. And let you know what works.

Ever try an impact on it? Usually for those botls instead of using a breaker bar for more leverage I use it for leverage but use a hammer ot hit the end for a jolt action instead of just turning force. Your best bet now is just to torch it. Then use a bad drill bit and try to get out of there... keep flammable things away
