Okay So I recently got a maxima as a daily & for some reason it takes a lot of force to put it in gear & yes clutch is engaged all the way down. I was thinking new transmission fluid & a slave cylinder & shifter bushings would do the trick any suggestions ?

Kind of sounds like you might need a clutch. How far down does the pedal engage?

all the down but like the catch point after you engage all the down is like almost half way
