Smoother Shifting??

Hello,My car is an automatic, I have noticed that when it shifts, it is not as smooth as it used to be. It is kind of jerky when it goes from the lower gear into the hight gear. What should I do?Thanks

Do you warm up your car fully, before driving off for the first time in the day?

The J's transmission is notorious for hard shifting till the engine and transmission have been fully warmed especially as the weather get colder.
