So I'm driving down this 2 lane road tonight jsut looking for something to amuse me. I see this crx up in front of me in the other lane. It had a kit unpainted hubcaps exhaust looked shiny and had indiglo guages. I was just wishing for a red light. Last light turns yellow hit the brakes crx right behind me second lane clear. He does what i hoped he would pulls up next to me. He had a friend in the car and neither would look over. I power brake it -green- i floor it i hear his wheels spin. before I get to the other side of the intersection his front is at my rear. NExt time i look back i already have 2-3 lenghts on him. yea i murdered a prelude tonight. and they even got it on video. i beat them by 10 car lengths!! it was sweet to watch the vid, seeing my taillights off in the distance. i wish they had a link too, so i could put that vid online, but they didn't have one yet. maybe in the future i'll get it on, b/c these dudes live by me. i got up to 115..we did this on a dark strip with no traffic or cops though. no stoplights, and not in the middle of the city.

yeah i just smoked my friend's white civic EX running on 4 psi and im n/a. I love showing that crap what it means to be nissan. I pulled off of I-495 in md at 65 around the offramp and blazed the sh*t out of him at 95mph drifted into connecticut ave (i almost hit the curb) and blew by at 8 car lengths and hit 130 before i slowed up for the light. i burned up all my 118 octane though and had to drive like grandma to my house...

ci want to sell it to get another 240 not sure yet s13 or s14 5 spd and no body kit. the kit is getting on my nerves, it looks awsome but the paint chips easy on mine prob jsut crap paint the guy used. and if i sell it that will give me enough money to get another one plus turbo it or go sr. its nice taking civics but who cant i want to go after the american v8's and the stock vr-4 and 300zx twin turbo in my school. no chance of me leaving the 240 anytime soon

the 96 civic i raced was my friend's right after we installed his header. he already had intake pulleys and exhaust. i had intake and exhaust. im not trying to say i can beat every honda out there i know i cant. but pretty much any around here only have I/H/E and think they are the fastest thing in the world

At least I spanked a stock 1.8t, its at least a little better than Civic stories. I've beaten lots of Civics, but no one really cares, cause the only Civics that N/A 240s are beating are slow, unswapped ones.

2BN_s13, bro... to save you some cash, dont run 118 octane gas on a NA motor... it wont do a damn thing, in fact i think you might lose power from running too high octane unless you have really high compression or your boosting.

tru, a 02 WRX would beat the crap out of me and a lot of other lightly modded imports. but the only things that i have seenaround here "hooked up" are civic and sometimes and eclipse

Ive never gotten beat by one, but some street ones are somewhat quick.

Funny story.......

I was at the local drag strip with my mustang buddy riding shotgun. All his mustang buddies were down there with their rides. I had just ran a 13.8 and I was waiting for the car to cool down, when one of the mustang guys started saying my car sucked and all that jazz. I didnt say anything, but my friend was telling them they were stupid. I just played it off.

My next run I ran 13.4, and I didnt even have time to read my slip and the same guy challenged me to race his modified 00' GT.

Well after I helped him push start his ride due to the bad battery cable we lined up.

I had him by a bumper and pulling him when he broke. My other buddy said to the guys brother " I guess you guys are walking home". The guys brother was so mad he wanted to fight my friend who had his arm in a cast and sling.

Well, the guy is supposedly doing all kinds of mods to beat me.

Im sure he will just break tryin to race me again.

A non-turbo WRX does not exsist. Its called a 2.5 RS, and you should have spanked that.

my 4 DR civic and I got spanked on something awful by a Turboed AWD Eclipse. It was cary to behold but nice nonetheless. So I took my frustration out on one of those new Sentra se-Rs. This one had a full body kit, wheels, and loud exhaust. I had 1 car lenght on him when I left Rockville Pike going unto I-495.

Then all the way to College park, I was doing between 100 and 125. he was like 7- 9 cars back.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------I raced this S13 the other day and he had me up till we reached 86, I downshifted to 4 (man u should here hat CAI howl), rode 4th up to 100 then back in 5th, the S13 was like 4 car lengths back. He pulled me over and asked me waht he fuc.k was the noise he heard when i downshifted. Dude didnt beleive all I had was a CAI and called me a liar. I showed him my engine bay then drove off. Go figure.I dont think I have a limiter of any kind installed. I 've hit 130 on route 3 one night going to Glen Burnie with my buddy in his blown Solara.

It's kinda scary drivign so fast with a stock suspension and slightly warped brakes. I need a 240 real soon...........................
