smoking at idle

all of a sudden my motor started smoking at idle.nothing while under load , just idle.anybody know what could be the problem?

my friends said its the pcv, so i changed that and still does the same thing.my next guess would be the turbooil rings valve seals

any help would be great guys

check the turbo and the turbo lines especially return line. Kinked return lines cause oil to back up spewing out the compressor and turbine thus smoke at idle.

If turbo is ok and no oil is present in the intake or hot pipe do a leak down test to determine valve seals or ring. If not turbo most likely Valve seals.

valve seals, no contest. i could give you a long explanation why, but its freaking 230am.
