Smoking after car is off

I made a post a while ago about getting my ECU tunned by Enthalpy for 550cc and Z32maf. Well I've made a little progress... not much but some. Now I thought my car was running on three cylinders because it started to really... for lack of a better word, chug. So I checked for spark, all have spark. Then I ran the car and unplugged each coil to see if they where firing. They all appeared to be firing. I found out my ground wire on my MAF was rattling loose, I had been changing mafs around quiet a bit and I guess I forgot to make sure it was tight.

Now after I turn off my car I still have a little bit of white/blue (Im color blind) smoke coming from my exhaust.

My neighbor said that it could be because when I checked for spark, (removed coil and stuck a spark plug in it then started the car), it flooded the engine and it's just vapor from the gas. Anyone know if this is true?
