Check to see if your coolant level is low or if it's turning a mucky brown color. If one of these is true, then you're burning coolant or oil or both, possibly pointing to a headgasket problem. Is the car overheating?

no it doesnt over heat...actually if im not on the gas that much and driving at like 60mph the temp drops to cold...that was going to be my next problem to fix

Check the color of the smoke more carefully.

white = coolantblue = oilblack = way rich

pray it's something as simple as valve stem seals. It's usually the case, but could be something as serious as worn down rings.

Check it out the condition of your engine with a leakdown and compression test.
