Smoked tail lamp lens

I saw (in a picture) a 1990-1993 Q45 that had smoked black rear tail lamps lens. Does anyone know if they sell them and if so where I could buy them?

I've never seen aftermarket covers so maybe they used the smoke spray on stuff.
