Smoked my Power steering belt on my 95 Nissan D 21 four-cylinder. My tensioner seized up and now I have a couple problems. One I have residue of the belt on power steering pulley and not sure how to get it off. And when I went to replace the tensioner pulley I took the nut off release the tension and can’t get the tensioner pulley off. It’s loose as can be but I can’t get the bolt to go through to release the pulley.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
