smoke when I idle long....

Hey I have a problem with my 91, since i had my oil change 500 miles back. Ive been gettin some greyish/white smoke coming from the exhaust when I idle for a 10 minutes or more...when theres traffic, waiting for a parking spot etc. and it has this distinct smell to it...has sortah like burnt smell (rubber?). The temp meter goes past the half way mark by 1mark. Ive done some search but havent read anything that matches my problem. Thanks in Advance for any advices.

i think you have a bad headgasket or somehow coolant got into your combustion chambers

What are some indication of bad headgasket? I had just changed my oil and plugs, doesnt seem like theres coolant in there, atleast I dont notice anything.

think its the water pump?

Sikk, how hard is it to change the haead gasket?
