Alright, my compression is good across the board but when I start off from a stop, I blow a big cloud of white smoke (oil). It doesn't blow any smoke when I after I am going. What would be the reason for this? Bad piston rings? I'm going KA-T in a month or so, is it only going to get worse?

i think white smoke is coolant, blue smoke is oil(my eclipse has either bad gasket or rings so it smokes blue, and oil goes low after a month of runnin the car)

Well, to rebuild would mean i have a lack of transportation for the time being and that would also mean more money and downtime...if she goes she goes...ill just get another used ka and throw the turbo stuff on that one if it comes down to that. Thanks for the input though.
