Everytime i start my car, smoke will come out the muffler for a few seconds than stop. The smoke is not black and not much comes out just enough i can notice in my mirrors.

Likely just a little bit of oil. Black smoke is fuel, blue-ish smoke is oil, and white is generally coolant/water.

I'd check the PCV valve to start. That's a simple, yet very overlooked common replacement part and can let oil through. I bought a VG once that the owner said had burned oil so they pulled the engine out. After tearing it apart I found that it was just oil in the intake from the PCV system.
