how much oil pressure does the 240 pump? The reason I want to know this is because I think that my oil line for the turbo is to big and too much oil is causing oil to leak through the turbo seals at a higher rpm. Whats the 240sx max oil pressure?

what size is your drain line? it needs to be bigger than your sending line. a bigger sending line wont give you more oil, it will be the same amount as a smaller line, just less pressure.

My oil line for the drain is big. But I think putting a smaller feed line would force more into the motor and less up the line. The oil will take the easier path.

you could try it and see, the reccomended feed line is 3AN i think. i wouldnt go much smaller than that. is the turbo old? it may just have bad seals
