I was wondering if anyone can help me on this issue. The other day I was driving my car and it died on me. My car has been dying because of idle problems. I've been driving it with the o2 sensor unplugged and the idle up at about 1800 but sometimes it doesn't catch itself and it dies. When I have the o2 plugged in, the idle is bad as heck and it just keeps stalling and dieing. This time, when it died, it wouldn't start anymore. Didn't hear any clicks or anything when trying to start it. Tried jumping it, but nothing.
As we were towing the car back home, we were goin at about 20mph and I was messing around with it trying to start it and it started. Now it starts again, but I don't trust driving it out. Anyone know what might be the cause????
Ever since that day, I have another problem too.... There is alot of smoke coming out of my breather used for the oil catch can. When I first start the car I can see smoke. When I lightly press on the throttle, I see smoke. Anyone know why this would be happening???
So now I have 3 problems:1. Idle problem.... causes motor to die.2. Motor dies.... didn't start until towing it at about 20mph.3. Smoke from the breather for the oil catch can....
I'm in need of serious help. I just want to get my car running good so that I can drive it without having to worry about it dying on me.
