"Smoke" coming from rear passenger side of engine when cold

Not really sure what it is but.. thin and whispy.

I can't upload or link a video and it is grainy but let's see what is over there or it could be...

Leaky fuel injector spraying fuel? (That would explain a lot.)
Power steering is over there?
Thin whispy smoke, seems close to a spark plug or coil, what could it be?

No Data whatsoever on the vehicle.

And, if You even remotely think that it is "Misted Gasoline", "Misted Power Steering fluid",....... Stop driving the vehicle, & have it towed to a reputable shop for repairs.
