Looks like a leak between the upper and lower plenum. Has the upper plenum ever been removed? If so was a new gasket used or the old one reused. Check the tightness of the bolts going down the center of the plenum.

I think it's just leaked dried up cold oil in between the plenum cause when it warms up the smoke goes away

From that area then that would mean your valve cover gaskets are done for if its oil (how does the smoke smell?).
