Smoke at tailpipe

I have searched around and sounds like a headgasket but i need to make sure.

Smoke is white/little blue. Doesn't smoke when driving, doesn't smoke at cold start up.Smoke only when giving some gas after it has been idling.

It didn't smoke until i let it stand for a week.

Please let me know if this sounds like a headgasket.

S14 with stock ka and 122K miles.

If you're continuously losing water, then it could be a blown head gasket.

A bit of blue smoke upon reving it after a long idle could be due to worn valve stem seals.
