when i bought it, like a few months ago, things were fine, and after a month, which i dont ride it hard or anything, problems start to arise.

i have what it looks like blue smoke blowing out while from idle and start moving, which blue is means oil becuase i think i have some oil leaking through the valve cover, it just looks a little wet, but not much

and the past month, the car feels like its loosing power, and when im below 2k rpm, the car hesitates(feels liek something clogging it from accelerating) and sputters like "puh puh puh puh" then as higher rpm power spikes back up

i have a new 300zx fuel filter and just did oil and fuel system change not too long ago

some ppl say maybe im getting too much fuel and not enough air, i have an aftermarket exhaust, which means more air goin out, but still stock intake box. i took off the box and ran it open to see if it made any difference, but i dint see any

i dont think its the distributor cuz car doesnt shake, so no pistons r dead

the guy i bought it from said there was a problem with high idle, around 1.2-1.5k rpm and pcv hose needs to be replaced

he gave me the replacement hose( the nissan bag said hose-air inlet) but i coulndt find where the pcv hose was to replace, so if anyone knows then i would appreciate it. the guy said it would b under the intake manifold, but the closest thing that matches the replacement hose was a hose that goes to the throtle body...

thank you for any help

Is the smoke that comes out always blue, or does it change to black at any point in time? If it's always blue, then you are not running rich. If you were, then you'd be getting black smoke. Besides, you're almost completely stock other than an exhaust. The only way I could see the car running extremely rich would be if an injector was stuck open, or your ecu was malfunctioning.

I would do a compression check to make sure you don't have a blown headgasket. That's the first place I would start.
