SMOG.... what can my car take?

Can i pass smog with 350hp or more? Cause if time comes every 2 years.. oye...... i would have to engine swap everytime ....

i know there isn't any smog here man. But there is no university in show low. So i will have to move to the city eventually.

Ok the 350hp...

but what about 400-600hp?

I think as far as regulations go, the limit is 325 unless you have a class "S" (Stunna) drivers license.

just kidding, smog and horsepower is apples and oranges.

If you got a 1000hp motor running clean, you could pass and likewise, fail with a 50hp motor
