Smog test, HC and CO too high at idle.

CO Max 1.00 mine was 1.80 at idle, but it passed fine at 2500rpm.Also for the HC mine was 177 max is 100, but passed fine at 2500.

Any ideas what I can do? New o2 sensor? Bad cat?

its runnin rich at idle, things to check would be what the fuel pressure is at ,what your airflow meter is reading and how your o2 is reading.
