hows it going guys, my car has intake/headers (NO EGR) and exhaust, and failed smog pretty bad, bu tnot gross polluter, question is, i got the SAFC 2 in hopes to be able to pass, but im hearing that theres no way to tell what settings i would need to pass, couldnt i just lean it out or something?? PLEASE HELP i got like 3 tickets for registration cuz its my only car!! i need to pass smog!!

If you don't have an EGR you won't pass CA somg. Period. Leaning it out might impress the tech, but the law says you have to have all your emissions stuff in place.

Did he fail you on the visual? If you're just failing cause of HC and CO then leaning it out will get you there. Not all techs are as picky on the visual as the law says they should be. But the pollution numbers are piped directly to Sacramento and they get taken seriously.
