smog?
smog?
how can you pass with a rb25det? no way in hell im thinking. so... what happens if they catch you driving it and it cant pass? i dont want all that money to turn into a cube at the wrecking yard. so just to finalize my questions before i blow 4 grand. any ways to register it?

The cop probably sees a Nissan engine in a Nissan vehicle, and doesnt notice the difference.
I live in Vegas too, our anual smog check is that bad, when I used to have a old Corolla, it was blowing blue smoke when I do the smog check. But after a $120 old change, it maraculouslu passed, (still blowing blue smoke). I think as long as your N1 exhaust doesnt spit out fire, a cop will probably not pop you hood.

You should refuse to open the hook if he asks you to. By law he must have a search warrent in order to search your car. He could ask, and if you agree to open the hook, then anything he finds out can be used against you. But otherwise even if he finds illegal drugs in your car he can't charge you because the evidence is corrected illegally.
