Hey hope all of you guys are doing great today!!

this is a smog check question.. How old does your car have to be so than you dont have to pass smog that your not even required to do it?

im sure it has come up before but couldn’t find it = /

Older than you!!! Each state differs,but I would guess at least 25 years

I would assume California has one of the strictist programs in the nation,best call your emmissions department to get exact local laws and test information

Thank you very much!!! i was thinking of a Hot rod Q45 with no limitations... soo ya guess it has to be registered as a non street vehicle or show car type of car i guess

Georgia has a Senior Citizen [owner 65 and older where the car is driven less than 5,000 miles per year odometer checked] exemption.
