I know my car will not pass smog so I was wondering if anybody knows of anyone in socal they go to. I heard about hazw8st but he hasnt posted since march or something like that. Does anyone know his email or SN or some way to contact him.

Why can't you fix the emissions issue? Good luck finding someone to share their smog place, I wouldn't.
