SMOG Failed with Stillen Z Tube

Hey, I live in CA and had to go to SMOG check. They called me and said it failed due to my Stillen Z-Tube intake!!! WTF!!!They claimed that the state of CA has a list of intakes that will pass but mine is not one of them.Can anyone help and let me know if you had that problem and how you've handled it?

How did the car do otherwise? passed with flying colors?

Take off the aftermarket airfilter and tube put on stock pass emissions put back on aftermarket airfilter and tube do it in the testing parking lot!

That's exactly what I'm doing, put my stock just so I could pass and then switch to my loud noisy perfect Z-Tube

that sounds odd to me. The 350 is the same thing. A VQ motor with a Ztube. Its called a z tube because thats what the z uses, everything else has the resonator in it. Wow. Cali laws suck...
